Details: Josh Zinner will be presenting on the new CFPB mortgage servicing rules that takes effect January 10, 2014, along with provisions of the National Mortgage Settlement and DFS regulations that further supplement these rules. In addition, Scott Pluta of the CFPB will talk about the complaints submission process and other CFPB tools.
