On Friday, June 14th, the PRI Occasional Series on Reentry Research presents a panel discussion on the state of mass incarceration in the United States. Moderated by Chris Watler (right) of the Center for Court Innovation, the discussion will feature panelists Todd Clear (School of Criminal Justice at Rutgers University), Tanya Coke (Atlantic Philanthropies), Michael Connelly (JCO Consulting), and Judith Greene (Justice Strategies).
