This training will provide a general introduction to welfare programs, including the nuts and bolts of the fair hearing process; appellant rights; how to prepare for a fair hearing; common issues around benefits eligibility, budgeting and sanctions; as well as the history of Project FAIR and how to become involved as a volunteer.
