This training will cover some of the basics of homeowner's and flood coverages, the hot button coverage issues for each arising out of Sandy (e.g., anti-concurrent causation, hurricane deductibles, etc.), interplay with FEMA, broker liability issues, and tips for pursuing coverage claims. (A timed agenda for the webinar will soon be available in the NYC Pro Bono Center; stay tuned for details.) The trainers, Dennis Artese and Marshall Gilinsky, are both insurance recovery litigation partners at Anderson, Kill & Olick, P.C.
