Debt collection lawsuits and illegal evictions of nursing home residents on are on the rise across the country. The Nursing Home Debt Collection Coalition serves as a resource for attorneys who provide or would like to provide representation in these cases. Currently, many nursing home residents and their families go through these experiences without the benefit of counsel. This group aims to help change that.
