New LEP DOJ Site

Please visit the newly revamped LEP.gov website (http://www.lep.gov), where you can now find the latest information and resources regarding implementation and enforcement of the language access requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Executive Order 13166.  The site includes federal guidance, links to promising practices, tips and tools on language services planning and implementation, examples of settlement agreements and public investigation-related materials, outreach materials, and other resources to help ensure that limited English proficient individuals can meaningfully access federal and federally assisted programs and activities.  The Federal Coordination and Compliance Section of the Civil Rights Division, in tandem with the Federal Interagency Working Group on Limited English Proficiency, will continue to update the site and add resources and links.
