This session provides an overview of best practices in language access for state agencies. Each of the presenters will discuss their advocacy efforts and experiences in the states of D.C., Washington, and Alaska. Specifically, the presenters will describe how they have devised and worked to implement language access policies both within individual agencies, as well as through state-wide initiatives.
