NC Courts Upgrades Online Services Portal for Citizens

"North Carolina courts’ online services portal has been upgraded to improve the user experience and accessibility on mobile devices. Online services provide citizens 24/7 convenience to efficiently resolve court matters anytime from any location with internet access without going to the courthouse.

Enhanced functionality for users who have received a citation now provides a single lookup that evaluates eligibility for all online services, based on the user’s individual circumstances and history (interfacing with NCDMV and court system data), and informs the user which options, if any, are available. Service options include paying online or requesting a dismissal (license, registration, and inspection compliance only)."
