NYC Official Overseeing Homelessness and Health Care to Leave (NY)

New York City’s top official overseeing homelessness and health care said Monday she will leave Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration, marking the highest-ranking departure of the mayor’s 20-month tenure at City Hall.

Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, who has served four city mayors and is one of the most senior Latino officials in Mr. de Blasio’s administration, is leaving City Hall at the end of September.
