Western Montana Bar Association Pro Bono Program

The Western Montana Bar Association's Pro Bono Program pairs low-income clients in need of assistance with a civil legal issue with volunteer attorneys. Montana Legal Services Association (MLSA) facilitates this program- screening clients and making referrals to volunteer attorneys. The program refers clients who need assistance with domestic violence, divorce, parenting plans, bankruptcy, debt collection, debtor harassment, evictions, landlord and tenant issues, Native American issues, and other civil legal problems.
