L&S Foundation

L&S Foundation, a WA registered charity, strives to provide at least 12 hours of pro bono services each month through its pro bono legal services network of attorney(s) to WA and CO residents. The Foundation assists individuals and organizations, including early-stage startup businesses with certain transactional and other legal services. In 2023, it has opened its trademark clinic and offers up to 12 free hours of pro bono assistance per month addressing trademark matters for individuals or early-stage startups (in year 1-10 of incorporation). All services and the clinic are provided remote and virtually, however, L&S Foundation reserves the right to request to meet in person on any legal matter.
