LegalCORPS

LegalCORPS delivers pro bono legal services to low-income entrepreneurs, small business owners, inventors, and small nonprofit organizations in Minnesota using the services of transactional business law and intellectual property law attorneys. It is Minnesota's only statewide business law pro bono program. We serve low-income inventors through our Inventor Assistance Program. This patent pro bono program offers opportunities for Minnesota attorneys to serve inventors in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We do not assist with matters in litigation.
