The Network promotes the delivery of high quality business and transactional legal services to nonprofits and social enterprises serving low-income and disadvantaged neighborhoods. Members are pro bono providers representing different geographic regions across the United States. Volunteer opportunities are available for attorneys with expertise in transactional business law issues, including corporate, tax, contracts, real property, risk management, labor management and intellectual property.
