Elderly Representation Project - Tallahassee

The Elderly Representation Project offers specialized representation of senior citizens through cooperation with the State of Florida, Area Agency on Aging, the Private Attorney Involvement Program attorneys, and LSNF staff. Conducted at various locations (intake at Tallahassee Senior Center and Smith Williams Service Center in Leon County and the Wakulla Senior Center in Wakulla County), volunteer lawyers help senior citizens with legal advice, legal representation and preparation of various legal forms. Help is available for wills, living wills, healthcare surrogate, probate, estate, consumer, and landlord/tenant matters.
