Housing/Conciliation Court Clinic for Ramsey County

Volunteer attorneys meet with parties on Tuesday afternoons from 1-4PM. Each party meets with an attorney for up to 30 minutes. Sessions take place in the Ramsey County Law Library, 1815 Court House, St. Paul. The clinic normally meets in person, but during the pandemic, consultations are done by phone. Please call the law library at 651-266-8391 after 10:00 on the day of the clinic (Tuesday) to schedule an phone appointment with an attorney.


This is a combined effort of the Ramsey County Law Library, the Minnesota Justice Foundation, the Housing and Conciliations Court for Second Judicial District, and the pro bono attorneys.
