Cancer Legal Care

Cancer Legal Care provides free legal services and resources to Minnesota cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. We work with clients on estate planning, employment, Social Security Disability Insurance, health insurance, and more. Our volunteer attorneys do everything from drafting free wills, to advising on employment rights, to writing demand letters and advocating for clients. You could work directly with clients, or serve as a resource for our lawyers. Your case and time commitment would be up to you and what works with your schedule. We don't have the capacity to offer mentorship, but if you work in any of our practice areas, we'd love to hear from you. Please contact us at 651-917-9000, julie@cancerlegalcare.org, or fill out our Volunteer Form.
