Elderly Representation Project

The Elderly Representation Project offers specialized representation of senior citizens through cooperation with the State of Florida, Area Agency on Aging, the Private Attorney Involvement Program attorneys, and LSNF staff. Conducted at local senior congregate facilities, seniors obtain assistance with legal advice, legal representation and preparation of various legal forms. Help is available for wills, living wills, healthcare surrogate, probate, estate, consumer, and landlord/tenant matters.
