New Website Helps Superstorm Sandy Victims Appeal FEMA Denials

Deadline for Registration Approaching, Denied Applicants will have 60 Days to Appeal.

Pro Bono Net, a national nonprofit organization, is pleased to announce the launch of a new website to help victims of Superstorm Sandy who have been turned down for FEMA aid. The website, FEMAAppeals.org, allows people without access to an attorney to create their own FEMA appeal letters. With the help of interactive technology, users are walked through the process of creating responses to appeal a denial. For individuals whose lives were devastated by the storm's wrath and have no means to hire an attorney, the website will make a daunting process less overwhelming.
