Intelliteach Partners with Pro Bono Net to Support Public Interest Legal Community
New York (November 1, 2011) – Pro Bono Net, a nonprofit leader in innovative programs that increase access to justice, today announced that Intelliteach, the only dedicated law firm-specific outsourced service desk company, has joined its sponsorship program. Intelliteach is the global leader in 24-hour service desk support for legal professionals.
Pro Bono Net’s flagship site, www.probono.net, helps thousands of attorneys nationwide connect with legal aid organizations in their communities, find opportunities for meaningful pro bono work and obtain the training and support they need to be more effective advocates for their clients.
As part of its sponsorship, Intelliteach will provide support services for Pro Bono Manager, a customized, hosted web application developed by Pro Bono Net that helps law firms meet the challenge of managing a robust pro bono program. Specifically, Intelliteach will be providing 24/7 support including after-hours services.
