Hundreds of people gathered Thursday at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud for the fourth annual Project Homeless Connect.

The event connects people experiencing or at risk of homelessness with resources including housing, employment agencies, legal services and free haircuts and cellphones.

MNsure navigators also were on hand to help people sign up for insurance through the state health care exchange.
