Description: This webinar will cover promising and replicable practices and program models for creating housing opportunities that support successful reentry for people returning from jails or prisons. Housing is a foundation for successful community reintegration. Without a stable place to live it is nearly impossible for newly released individuals to positively reconnect to a community or get a job. With a better understanding of housing needs and housing options, and strong partnerships, housing can be an important part of effective reentry strategies.
