ABA Creates ListServ to support pro bono bankruptrcy assistance to Katrina victims

At last month's Equal Justice Conference in Philadelphia, many attendees expressed an interest in contributing to or being a part of any effort to
arrange for or provide pro bono bankruptcy assistance to individuals and businesses affected by Hurricane Katrina. The ABA Center for Pro Bono has established a ListServ so that these and other interested persons may communicate information and developments on this matter. All persons interested in promoting participation by the bankruptcy bar and others in bankruptcy pro bono legal services - from pro bono program managers to judges to attorneys to paralegals to bar association staff - are welcome to join.
