The method of instruction for this program will follow the basic teaching model developed by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, NITA. The emphasis will be on learning-by-doing in a simulated courtroom setting with constructive faculty critique and videotape review of the participants performances. While there will be some lectures, for most of the program you will be on your feet performing a particular skill.
