DESCRIPTION:The Self Help Resource Center (SHRC) serves se
 lf-represented litigants with specific Family Cour
 t matters (103 divorce, custody, and modifications
  of child support only) by appointment. Walk-ins m
 ay be assisted if time permits. The SHRC is locate
 d at the East Baton Rouge Family Court (4th Floor 
 - 300 North Blvd.) and operates on Tuesdays and Th
 ursdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Law students, when avail
 able, assist pro se litigants with document prepar
 ation and filing. Volunteer attorneys offer notari
 zation, but do not provide legal advice. The Self 
 Help Resource Center volunteer sign-up is open to 
 attorneys in all areas of practice.
