This year's Fair Debt Collections Conference features a wide range of topics including: Intro. courses on "How Debts Are Collected," "Ethical Issues," "Developing a Private Fair Debt Practice," and "Debt Collectors' Defensive Strategies." Advanced courses on "Advanced Deposition Strategies," "Claims related to Student Loan AND Mortgage Cases," and "Advanced Deposition Techniques." Both tracks include courses on TCPA and a General Session on "Spokeo in FDCPA and TCPA Cases!"
