The webinar is presented by:

Susan Ledray, Senior Manager Pro Se Services, Minnesota Fourth Judicial District will begin with an overview of forms development including the benefits of a program, plain language and design issues, and management of forms projects.

Trish McAllister, Executive Director, Texas Access to Justice Commission will follow with information on implementing a new forms project, focusing on lessons learned from her experience, how to move forward, and strategies for building relationships and dealing with political issues.

Bonnie Rose Hough, Managing Attorney for the Center for Families, Children & the Courts, California Administrative Office of the Courts will also discuss her experience with a long-term initiative to address forms, including strategic planning, vetting of forms, turning a legislative statute into a workable form, and taking a reading on where you are in the process.
