Ethics Issues in Pro Bono Practice (Free Webinar)

The American Bar Association Center for Pro Bono will be hosting a free webinar entitled Ethics Issues in Pro Bono Practice on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Eastern.

A wide range of ethical issues can arise in pro bono practice, just as in fee billable work. While the Model Rules of Professional Conduct can be helpful in defining and addressing the scope of an attorney's duties and responsibilities, many kinds of unpredictable situations can arise. For example, what issues arise when pro bono counsel and legal services staff attorneys disagree on the goals or process for properly representing a client?

The experts on this webinar will address these and other pressing concerns.
