This program will provide practical tips in providing quality legal services to limited-English proficient communities. These issues are significant and could present challenges for legal services providers, particularly during these difficult financial times. Topics will include outreach strategies, staff training, language assessment, integrating mandatory obligations with program resources, and evaluation/monitoring.
