This webinar will be regarding a developed an electronic organizational format tool for all of the following legal issues: dissolution, legal separation, and nullity; judgments and orders after hearing; modifications of child support, custody and visitation; Paternity and parentage issues; uncontested step parent adoptions; small claims; name changes; civil harassment, domestic violence, elder abuse and workplace violence restraining orders, guardianship actions; expungement of misdemeanor criminal records; proof of service/service by publication; emancipation of minor; and unlawful detainers. Our formatting tool includes handouts for the public developed from the AOC self help website, staff instructions for how to fill out each of the forms and procedural instructions for filing (number of copies, etc., scheduling guidelines for use by phone staff so that they know the proper line of questioning for each of the above mentioned subjects and can then properly schedule an appointment for the litigant, staff resource materials including bench guides and other useful information tools.This webinar program will include a presentation of the materials and instruction regarding the layout of the electronic format.
