Mr. Burke will cover some ways in which Powers of Authority or Guardianships have been used as instruments to commit fraud and some tools available to help principals who have been taken advantage of or defrauded.

The trainers will also discuss potential changes that have been proposed to the Power of Attorney, Guardianship and Conservatorship statutes intended to provide more protection for the principals.
