The Victims Initiative for Counseling, Advocacy and Restoration of the Southwest

We are a program of the Texas Legal Services Center, a non-profit organization. We operate under a grant from the Office of Victims of Crime from the Department of Justice. We offer client services to victims of ID theft and financial fraud. We also train lawyers, victim advocates, and give educational community presentations.
