APPELLATE ATTORNEY - CAPITAL LITIGATION

The Georgia Capital Defender has an opening for an appellate attorney for indigent defendants in capital cases. We are seeking an attorney who is committed to zealous, high quality, and client-centered representation. Experience in direct appeals and habeas litigation in Georgia is preferred. Must also be willing to consult, advise and train other capital defense attorneys in Georgia on appellate matters. Two year minimum commitment requested. Salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities. Full state benefits.
