INVESTIGATOR - CAPITAL LITIGATION

The Georgia Capital Defender has openings for investigators and social workers for indigent defendants in capital cases at trials. We are seeking investigators committed to zealous, high quality, and client-centered representation. Experience in preparation of cases for capital or criminal litigation and knowledge of mental health issues in the context of capital trials is preferred. Must be willing to travel. Two year minimum commitment requested. Salary commensurate with experience and reflects the responsibility entrusted to investigators on capital defense teams. Full state benefits.
