The Federal Defender Program, Inc., for the Northern District of Georgia, is accepting resumes for a capital habeas corpus attorney position. All applicants must be a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar, or willing to sit for the next Georgia Bar exam. Candidates must possess superior writing ability and a commitment to the defense of death sentenced individuals. Candidates should have significant experience in criminal law, death penalty litigation, or habeas corpus litigation. Salary commensurate with qualifications and years of experience.
