• David N. Simmons (dl), Denver, CO
  David N. Simmons earned a J.D. from the University of Denver in 1985. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He is past Chapter Chair of the AILA Colorado Chapter. He is the Colorado Wing Legal Officer for the Civil Air Patrol. Active in pro-bono and community eduction efforts, he appears regularly on English and Spanish media and frequently lectures and writes on immigration law.
• Renee Pobjecky, Winter Haven, FL
  A. Renee Pobjecky is the senior partner of Pobjecky & Pobjecky, LLP. She is currently serving as the Executive Vice Chair of AILA Central Florida Chapter and as a member on AILA's Distance Learning Committee. Ms. Pobjecky received her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.
• Laurel Scott, Houston, TX
  Laurel Scott is the founder of Scott and Associates. She received a B.A. from Simon's Rock College, a Master's degree from Duke University, and a law degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. After her first waiver of inadmissibility in 2003, she realized that they were an ideal niche for her new firm. Laurel has become one of the nation's leading experts in this type of case, publishing numerous articles and speaking at many immigration lawyer events.
