The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) will be holding a webinar entitled, Fundamentals of Cross Examination, on February 11, 2014 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Eastern.

Creating effective cross examinations does not have to be hard. The "4 Corners" approach to cross-examination will provide the practitioner with the necessary structure and tools to create effective and impactful cross-examinations. J.C will cover the persuasive question form and organization that most effectively and efficiently gathers information that supports your case theory. Additionally, this webcast will include advances techniques for question impact and the controlling of difficult witnesses
