The Pro-Se-Plus Divorce Clinic is a two-part workshop to help pro se litigants better understand the divorce process in D.C. Volunteers serve as instructors on substantive and procedural divorce law during the Clinic. During the first session, volunteers will lead an informational seminar on divorce procedure in D.C. for pro se litigants. During the second session, pro se litigants will have an opportunity to fill out their divorce forms, discuss any questions they may have about the process, and to interact with individual volunteer clinic instructors for more personalized attention. The Pro-Se-Plus Divorce Clinic training is used to recruit new volunteer clinic instructors.
