The Center for Human Rights & Humanitarian Law at the American University Washington College of Law will hold an online briefing to examine the human rights implications of key decisions from the US Supreme Court's 2013 Term. The session will examine how recent SCOTUS decisions on Voting Rights, Affirmative Action and Same-Sex Marriage impact U.S. adherence to its human rights obligations.
