This training will prepare you to represent victims in court and help them find long-term safety and stability. Volunteers gain experience with a full range of litigation skills, including trial advocacy, discovery, and negotiation.

Topics will include the dynamics of domestic violence, an overview of custody, child support, and divorce law, and Family Law practice and procedure
