Almost all family-based and some employment-based petitioners must file the Form I-864 Affidavit of Support to show the intending immigrant is not likely to become a public charge. In this webinar we will discuss everything about the affidavit of support, including financial eligibility requirements, measuring household size and income, use of assets and joint sponsors, obligations of sponsors, and exceptions to filing requirements. We will also review the new version of the Form I-864. Join CLINIC Attorneys Charles Wheeler and Kristina Karpinski as we discuss these and other related issues.

Cost:
$50; $25 for CLINIC Affiliates paying annual dues.
