Then, you will be on your feet to put those ideas into practice through small group breakout sessions guided by experienced litigators.

Our lecturers will be:
•The Honorable Todd Edelman, DC Superior Court
•Mary Kennedy, Arnold & Porter LLP
•Andrew Wise, Miller & Chevalier, Chartered

Materials for the training will be sent via email about one week prior to the training.

In addition to working with the documents contained in the course materials, we invite you to submit ahead of time a non-confidential exhibit from one of your cases that you would like to use during the training. Scan and email the exhibit to Nancy Lopez at nalopez@wclawyers.org by February 19, and bring three copies of the exhibit with you to the training on February 21.
