The panelists will discuss the differences between testifying and consulting experts, how to research both the other side's experts and your own, how to prepare for and conduct evidentiary hearings under Daubert, Frye and other standards, as well as strategies for expert challenges.

The panel will also discuss how to prepare an expert to testify for deposition or trial, best practices for minimizing expert-related costs and judicial perspectives on the effectiveness of experts at trial.
