As part of the annual National Pro Bono Celebration (October 21-27, 2012), the DC Pro Bono Week Celebration Planning Committee is coordinating the 4th annual Go Casual for Justice jeans day fundraiser to benefit the DC Bar Foundation's Poverty Lawyer LRAP (Loan Repayment Assistance Program). LRAP helps poverty lawyers meet their educational debt payments while earning a modest public interest salary, allowing them to continue serving the District's most vulnerable residents.

Go Casual for Justice has become the #1 funding source for the private LRAP program in DC. Last year, more than 90 firms, corporations, bar associations, law schools, and other workplaces joined together to raise $84,000. Go Casual for Justice is designed to be flexible so that any workplace can adapt it to fit its office culture. For more information or to sign up, please contact Paul Lee at Paul.Lee@dechert.com.
