Ethical Challenges In Pro Bono Representation: Narrated Training Powerpoint

Connie Mayer, Interim President and Dean of Albany Law School, provides a thorough and enlightening discussion of conflict of interest rules and how they impact pro bono representation. This program focuses on the traditional conflict of interest rules, Model Rules 1.7, 1.9, and 1.10, and how Rule 6.5 relaxes these rules in certain circumstances to give lawyers more flexibility in providing pro bono representation.

This program is national in scope and useful in multiple training contexts.
