The Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section is presenting  a seminar entitled : Estate Planning Basics on September 27, 2023 from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM Eastern. 

This non-CLE skills training course will cover the basics of drafting a Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney and Healthcare Power of Attorney/Living Will and execution procedures. Experienced practitioners will guide attendees through, step-by-step, the process of determining what the client needs, drafting the plan and having the documents executed. Following the presentation, the speakers will be available to answer additional questions.
