This CLE will guide the non-family law attorney through completion of a simple divorce from filing and serving the divorce complaint, to obtaining the divorce decree. Hearing Officers will provide valuable insight on issues that often arise in even a simple divorce, and what they expect in terms of documentation and presentation.
