Help people remove barriers to employment and housing by sealing criminal records! Over the past several years Ohio’s record sealing statutes have continued to expand eligibility for those with past criminal records. Sealing records helps people find work, advance in current positions, secure stable housing and move on with their lives.

This 1.5 hour virtual CLE will go over the basics of Ohio statutes as well as the current process to seal records. It will also cover how individuals can obtain CQES. All attorneys are welcome to join!

Legal Aid hosts a monthly record sealing clinic to assist individuals with forms and advise on the record sealing process. This CLE will prepare attorneys to participate in the clinic.
