Hybrid Pro Bono CLE and Awards Presentation (Hybrid Event-Doylestown)

The Bucks County Bar Association will host a Hybrid Pro Bono CLE and Awards presentation on October 28, 2021 from 4:00 PM-5:00 PM at the Bucks County Bar Association, 135 East State Street, Doylestown, PA  18901.

CLE: "U visa, Child Advocates, Marijuana, Expungements & Evictions"

A lightning round (15 minutes per topic; 1 substantive credit) presented by:

  • Judith A. Algeo, Esq.
  • Amir M. Stark, Esq.
  • Megan K. Reinprecht, Esq., LASP Staff Attorney, Community Engagement Unit
  • Joshua Z. Goldblum, Esq., LASP Bristol Managing Attorney

The panel will cover U visa in family law, Protection from Abuse and child advocacy in Bucks County, expedited marijuana expungements, and what we can do once evictions are opened back up.

Pro Bono Committee Awards Presentation will be made at end of the CLE Program.

Members who report their voluntary service will be recognized during the Pro Bono CLE and Awards Ceremony and will be included in the Association’s Annual Report in December.

The BCBA will host an in-person, outdoor, socially distanced reception at the BCBA immediately following the CLE and Awards Ceremony at 5:00 PM to celebrate anyone who has volunteered their time for pro bono service.
