Amid the pandemic, Ohio lawyers showed up to serve their communities by volunteering their time and talent for pro bono service. In a collaborative survey with the Ohio Supreme Court, the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation reports that 56% of respondents indicated they represented clients without receiving compensation, and the number of hours reported per attorney increased by 24% since the 2019 survey. Join us for a conversation with Sophia Chang, Pro Bono Director for the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation, to learn more about their survey findings and how the Foundation is helping lawyers to give back through pro bono work.
