The DuPage Expungement Clinic will provide free legal assistance to individuals seeking to clear their criminal record. Volunteers will consult with participants on available options for relief, prepare petitions to expunge and/or seal eligible records, and provide guidance on navigating the process from start to finish. Volunteers can sign up for a 9:30am – 1:00pm shift, a 1:00pm-4:00pm shift, or both. Register by September 14, 2021.

Please note: Volunteer lawyers are required to attend a training session in order to volunteer, unless they handle expungement matters on a regular basis in their practice, or have attended a similar training session recently.
